Never take family here. Go and see the ambience first and decide. Even though I paid prior with non refundable clause, I left the hotel straight away after checking the room and found another hotel. The poor environment, bad smell will suffocate anyone. Disgusting. This hotel is the worst experience I have ever had. This one doesn’t even deserve one star.

The overall experience of our stay in this hotel was Horrible. Starting with a rooms, the room was very small,there was no windows, resulting in suffocation.The floor was damp and also dirty in Nature.The bed sheet was dirty. Even the service was also pathetic,the towel that they provided was in extremely dirty, in the bed sheet there are lots of marks. Then coming to the washroom,there was not enough toileterios provided, and the washroom was in terrible condition. There were lots of disturbing smell and sounds coming out from the wash room and nearby rooms respectively. I would never recommend anyone to go to this hotel. We really had a pathetic and disturbing stay over there .

"I recently had the pleasure of staying in Kolkata and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The room I stayed in was quite comfortable. It was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The furnishings were modern and stylish, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room offered all the necessary amenities, such as a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the hotel's exceptional staff. They were not only courteous but also very helpful and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they went out of their way to make sure my needs and preferences were met. Whether it was a special request or general inquiries about the area, they were always ready to assist with a smile. While my stay was generally pleasant, I would have appreciated a more varied dining menu at the on-site restaurant. The options were somewhat limited, and as someone who enjoys exploring local cuisine, this was a minor drawback. However, the staff's attentiveness and willingness to provide recommendations helped make up for it. In summary, my stay at was a positive one. The room's comfort and the exceptional service from the staff left a lasting impression. It's an excellent choice for travelers seeking a convenient and welcoming place to stay. I would recommend it, and I would certainly consider returning in the future."

Situated in a cleaner, less bustling area compared to New Market or Marquis Street, it provides a peaceful retreat. The pricing is especially suitable for new executives on a budget. Don’t book this hotel. Worst hotel experience. They booked my room but when I reached the hotel, the room was very unhygienic and dirty. The bathrooms were not clean as well. They had no other rooms so I asked for the advance I paid. They said we will refund you in the morning. I changed my hotel. Next day when I asked for refund for the advance I paid, they declined to pay me back. The staff is very rude. Don’t get flattered by the 4 star category. 2 star hotel is better than them.

Location is good, but the room is not good. It smells very bad. It is very old. Toilet is not good. Water supply stopped suddenly and they didn't come to fix it after several calls. They charged us 2400 rupees but it didn't worth it. So much over priced.

The worst hotel in Park Street. Unclean rooms, broken washroom fittings, and rude hotel staff. Rooms are so tiny that you'll feel claustrophobic. They had the audacity of giving us a room without changing the bedding. The bedsheet, pillow covers, and quilt were full of stains and hairs. If they don't improve their services, they should not charge more than 1000 per room.
